How subscriptions work
When you enroll in a subscription (also called Subscribe & Save, auto-replenish, or recurring delivery), you are authorizing us to automatically charge your payment method on a recurring basis and ship the selected product(s) at the interval you choose (for example, every 1 month). You select and confirm this recurring plan at checkout, and your enrollment is confirmed by email immediately after your first order.
Recurring billing authorization
By placing a subscription order, you agree that:
- Your saved payment method will be charged automatically on each renewal date at the then-current price, plus applicable taxes and shipping.
- Subscriptions continue until you cancel. There is no fixed end date.
- Prices may change with advance notice; any change will apply to renewals after the notice is sent.
Renewal reminders
Before each recurring order is billed, we send an upcoming-order reminder email to the address on your account. This reminder is sent in advance of the renewal charge so you have time to skip, modify, reschedule, or cancel before you are billed. It is your responsibility to keep your email address and account information current so you receive these notices.
Managing or cancelling your subscription
You are in control of your subscription at all times. You may skip, pause, change the next order date, swap products, or cancel through your account portal or by contacting Customer Care.
- Cancellation cutoff: To stop an upcoming order, cancel or skip it at least 48 hours before its scheduled renewal/processing date. Changes made after that point apply to the following order, not the one already in process.
- A cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund or recall an order that has already been processed or shipped.
Refunds on subscription charges
Because each renewal is preceded by an advance reminder and can be skipped or cancelled before billing, renewal charges are generally considered authorized once they process.
- If you experience a clearly valid subscription billing error — such as a duplicate charge, a charge after a confirmed cancellation, or a charge at an incorrect amount — contact us and we will correct it, including a refund where appropriate.
- For other subscription charges (for example, a renewal you forgot to skip or cancel before the cutoff), our standard resolution is store credit as a one-time courtesy, consistent with our general Returns Policy. We do not accept mailed-back returns.
Chargebacks
If you have an issue with a subscription charge, please contact Customer Care first — we can almost always resolve it quickly. Filing a payment dispute or chargeback on a charge that was preceded by an advance reminder and an active subscription you enrolled in may be contested with the order, billing, communication, and delivery records associated with your account.
